Would Bio Oil help me remove these scars?

Everyone says it works really well for scars. And when I was a little kid I use to get these sweat pimples on my inner thighs, and they use to leak white puss (sorry for the description) and everything. I don%26#039;t get them anymore, but I have tons of scars from when I was a kid, and they make me feel awkward in a bikini.
