Scarguard, does it work on small keloid scars?

Are they any other products that help flatten or darken the color of the scar?|||Scarguard may provide some resuts, but to flatten I prefer actual silicone sheeting like curad silicone sheeting products and then put some microporse tape over the silicone sheet
