i have a lot of really old scars on my legs, ranging from about 5-9 years old. will vitamin e capsules help lighten them?

|||WELL I HAD A BAD CAR CRASH AND I HAVE ALOT OF SCARS AND IT HELPS SOME BUT NOT MUCH, I TOOK IT FOR A FEW MONTHS AND I STILL GOT THEM|||no i heard a study that its a myth|||NO if there already completely healed|||my suggestion would be to go to walmart or wherever and buy some mederma. it is scar cream and it works like a charm.
