What can i do to remove my acne and acne scars???

without using proactive or clearisal. those 2 make my acne worse.|||ProActive works great. You can find this in malls at those little booths where they sell the unique stuff. You can order it online also (it costs less) or call them when you see their commercial on TV. Trust me, this stuff is a miracle, I used to have really bad acne but now it%26#039;s nearly gone!!

Oh, and if you%26#039;re brave enough, you can use makeup... the blemish concealer stuff.|||Believe it or not. Tooth paste (paste not gel) or TEA TREE or Eucalyptus OIL work to dry up the acne. Instead of moisturizong at night (yes, even if you are a guy- try neosporin or other antibacterial ointment over the areas- it will help it moisturize and then fight bacteria. You can also use over the counter scar cream (mederma) or Oil of Olay/Ponds, etc lightening cream to lighten the scars and make an even complexion. A dematologist once told me that the scars from acne can be so deep that they are hard to get rid of...but I have done the above and it has helped.....A LOT!

p.s. when using toothpaste to wash face keep eyes closed and let toothpaste sit- it will burn some..hang in there for about a minute. you can also dab toothpaste on acne while your face is dry and let it sit overnight.|||You should go to a dermatologist. My friend uses retin-a you can only buy it with a prescription.|||For scar removal - you may talk to your MD and check out Retin-A or Differin. These will increase the rate of cellular turnover in your skin.

Also of imporatance is chemical exfoliation.

There are some great products out there:

Benzoyl peroxide should be apply once a day or every other day to avoid redness and excessive drying. This will make tthe acne vanish faster and is preventative as well. Something all teenagers should do is wash your face two to three times a day. You should never go to sleep without thoroughly washing your face using a mild face wash.|||Put egg on your face it worked on my cousin who had terrible acne.

I%26#039;ve been using organic apple cider viniger in the evening as a toner and using hydrogen peroxide in the morning and it has helped reduce my acne and has lightened my scars.|||You need to first understand how acne works. There is no cure for acne, not even prescription drugs. You can help control it by keeping your pours clean, but over washing your face or using stripping it with alcohol, can also make blemishes worse.

Acne is caused by a combination of things, such as: hormones, bacteria, over abundance of oil, and clogged skin pours, not by how often you wash your face, or the foods that you eat.

Foods rarely affect acne, but if you find certain foods that you eat consistently make you break out, then you should avoid them. Foods with high lodine content, such as shellfish or seaweed, may cause flare ups.

If you are not going to use any type of brand of acne topical treatments, then do yourself a favor and eat healthy with plenty of H20 - water!

Don%26#039;t do it yourself, go to a plastic surgeon. It hurts like a mother for about 5 minutes while the chemicals are on your face, but its ok after that. Then you go home apply strong moisturizers all day long, everyday, for about a week. You probably shouldnt plan on going out in public during the week that your skin heals. It worked wonders for me and I%26#039;ve tried everything else thats been mentioned so far.
