I have scars around my feet from blisters and inappropriate shoes from years ago. How do i get rid of them or?

lighten their appearance. Summer is here and i cant wear any nice open toes or sandals due to knowing that people will look to admire the footwear and then see my crusty feet in them! I know there is make up to cover up unsightly scars but i want something more permanent or permanent-ish|||good luck with that... i have scars from foot surgery as a baby, and the scars are still there... they fade but they are gonna be there for life
