How can i get rid of scars on my legs?

i used to have ezxema ( spelling?) and i have spots were i scratched open my skin,,,what help get rid of them?|||Bio oil from Lloyd%26#039;s chemists. (If you%26#039;re English) It%26#039;s renowned for scar removal|||I%26#039;ve heard mederma (not sure on spelling) helps with scars. I have not tried it myself though.
