Hi i feel concious within my body or my physical apearance cause my legs have a scars,what shall i do,

I had back surgery two months ago and the neuro surgeon told me to put vitamin e oil on it several times a day. I do and it has helped with the healing of the scar and keeping the tissue soft.





a very good friend has crohn%26#039;s disease and her abdomen is full of scars from the disease and the approx 18 surgeries she has had. she does not let the scars stop her from wearing a bikini, she just tells people (when they ask) that they are war wounds from the battle she is fighting with the crohn%26#039;s disease.|||What big deal could a scar possibly be? It helps scars, bug bites, stretch marks, etc.|||remember how lucky you are to have legs ( even scarred ones) just think of those poor people without legs. love your legs and the embarassment will fade. dont be embarassed of the very things that serve you day and night and get you around everywher you go. be proud. I used to feel ashamed cuase i have fat legs and ir ealized these legs are quite possibly my best firend and a gift from the lord and i will not be unappreciateive of the lords gift to me ( legs) to say anythign negative or not appreciate it.|||hi..i have an answer to your problem


but you can%26#039;t find a scar remover that is very cheap i think the lowest price that is really effective is about 2000 it is the cossidia scar remover..it can help you remove your scar quickly and it is very effective you can buy it in SM super market groundfloor the name of the store is EZ SHOP...hope you can buy..but if you can%26#039;t try some home remedies but some of them are not effective...good luck!
