How can I get rid of acne scars?

I am 16 and seem to have acne scars. I have had them for a long time and my dermatologist said they will go away but every time I see him they are still there!!!

I use bio-oil on my skin to help fade the marks. I can%26#039;t use it everyday as I still suffer with acne and the excess oil makes it worse but it you are over your acne then it might be worth a try.





I%26#039;ve also heard that cocoa-butter is very good for scars.





There are also things like micro-dermabrasion and some surgical and non-surgical treatments that can help.





The most important thing is not to let them get you down. They will fade eventually and there are products and treatments out there that will help!
