How to get rid of dark scars on Asian skin.?

Whenever i get a bug bite i usually scar but now it%26#039;s even worse. I went to Greece and was very allergic to the bugs there so the bite swelled up. i now have scars that look like lacrosse bruises and are very dark. Is there any way to get rid of them?|||Same happens to me! And I%26#039;m asian! GRRR. Pisses me off. I have bruise like looking things on my legs because of those mosquitoes. :(
